Man.....what a great operation! Oil change and tire pressure checks went really fast. My wife and I as well as her family have been using these guys since they opened. We have had great and honest service ever since. Recently My Silverado had a major rattle from the exhaust. All it needed was a tightening. I wasn't charged for it. I was sold because I have been charged for something like this in the past. I won't go anywhere else. Great service and expertise at this location. I hope these guys expand because we need more honest groups like this.
I needed a place that would treat our cars with the same level of service as "fleet" to stay on top of maintenance since we own 2 Toyotas with over 100K miles and want them to go another 200K+ miles and not EVER leave us stranded. James first "heard" me when I called so we decided to give RB a try. Sam did EXACTLY what they said they would do, and likely saved our one car from a MAJOR transmission issue that had been prior missed. What I most appreciate is that they listen, and then they take the time to explain and show what needs to be addressed. VERY pleased!
